THUNDERWAVE EVENTS is a leading Event Planner and Masters of Ceremony, established in the year 1997, approved by various govt. departments, Corporate, Organizations, etc. With more than 12 years of experience, the services bouquet encompasses all aspects of Event Management, DJ Services, Catering, Light Setups and Decoration. Having mastered the art of creative set-ups, the decoration ranges from elegant contemporary to classic traditional styles, which include grand shamiana, Calcutta type pandals, Pipe pandals, chunnat-work, floral decor, lighting, Sound, seating arrangements, etc.
The catering & tent facilities ranges from outdoors, banqueting to personal & corporate parties, stage shows , theme parties ,fashion shows, AGM’s , conferences, exhibitions etc... We offer a wide variety of mouth-watering cuisines, ranging from exciting International choices to authentic Indian dishes, all prepared by our own skilled and seasoned chefs.
In addition to the above, every minute requirement such as Security Guards, Valet Parking, Kid's Playground, Wedding Band, Bar License, DJ & Dance Floor, Backdrops – are all taken care under one roof to provide you with the convenience of an all-inclusive package!
TENTAGE:
- We have special waterproof structures brought especially from Calcutta, Rajasthan and Bengal. We also provide Gazebo huts superimposed with tissue scallops of different colours, textures, shapes and types. The sidewalls can be made of colourful 'Kanaat' or 'Sirki' type screen-a concept, pioneered by us.
- Furniture in the main Shamiana can be selected from the likes of cane, wrought iron, hollow brass pipe, etc. The dining area can have circular tables with double top covers along with beautifully decorated chairs with matching covers. You can even opt for 'Gadda's with matching cushions. The seating arrangement can be tailored as per your choice.
- The entrance, passage and the dining area are all artistically decorated to match with the rest of the colour theme.
- In addition, gadgets to beat the weather such as gas lamps, smokeless sigris etc are provided during the winter to beat the cold; Similarly, in the summer you can opt for A/C's, Coolers etc, superimposed with air curtains to enjoy a cool plus insect free environment.
FLOWER DECORATION:
For the right play of colour, fragrance and ambience, you can choose from a variety of intricate and beautiful arrangements created by our very own skilled professionals using both Indian and imported flowers. Flowers are used to decorate the entrance, gate and passage keeping the function theme as well as the colour scheme in mind.
CATERING:
- We offer a rich blend of exotic cuisines from various parts of India and the world. At the same time as being masters in the culinary arts, we are also technically advanced in our food preparation process.
- Our food is prepared using water that is treated by bacteria-killing machines. Our food is devoid of any impurities and is the best in taste as well as superiority.
VENUES:
The customer can choose to hold the function where it best suits his requirements. Also, our Managers are more than happy to take you to visit the various sites.

FANCY LIGHTING:
Fancy lights to break the monotony and brighten up the dark night at the same time as creating a fairy-tale experience to leave your guests spell-bound is executed with unmatched perfection at THUNDERWAVE EVENTS. We offer a choice of Fairy, Chinese and Rope lights for that scintillating experience. The main hall can be lit with Continental or Mughal Era chandeliers to add that royal look. For an all-round brightness we provide halogens and Meta lights. The quieter crowd can enjoy candlelight dinners for which we provide candle stands and brass stands.
